Maaliya Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Maaliya's websites, software, applications, tools, subscriptions, accounting and bookkeeping services, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are provided by Maaliya Accounting and Bookkeeping DWC-LLC, Trade Licence No. TL 14812, Floor 3, Tower A3, Dubai South Business Park, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Maaliya", "we", "us" or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing or using the Services, or otherwise accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that organisation and its authorised users.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Business Use and Eligibility

Maaliya is intended for business and professional use.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

The Services are primarily designed for businesses operating in the Gulf Cooperation Council ("GCC"). Certain functionality, calculations, integrations, reports or compliance features may be available only in particular countries.

You are responsible for determining whether the Services are suitable for your business and lawful to use in the jurisdiction in which you operate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

2. The Services

Maaliya may provide software and professional services including, depending on your plan or agreed scope:

  • bookkeeping and accounting tools;
  • managed bookkeeping and accounting services;
  • invoice and bill processing;
  • document extraction and classification;
  • bank statement processing;
  • transaction categorisation;
  • reconciliation tools;
  • invoicing and payment workflows;
  • VAT calculations and reporting;
  • Corporate Tax calculations and reporting;
  • tax return preparation support;
  • financial and accounting reports;
  • document storage;
  • integrations with accounting platforms, banks and other third-party services;
  • artificial intelligence and automation tools;
  • finance-related dashboards and assistants; and
  • other finance, accounting and business administration services introduced from time to time.

Not every Service is included in every subscription.

The specific Services available to you may depend on your plan, location, usage, separate proposal, order form, statement of work, engagement letter or other agreement with Maaliya.

Where additional terms are agreed for a particular Service, those additional terms form part of your agreement with us. If they conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms will apply to that Service to the extent of the conflict.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for:

  • safeguarding your account credentials;
  • maintaining appropriate access permissions;
  • ensuring that only authorised persons use your account;
  • all activity carried out through your organisation's account;
  • promptly removing access for persons who are no longer authorised; and
  • notifying us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

You must not share individual login credentials between users where separate user accounts are provided.

An organisation administrator may be able to add or remove users, assign permissions, approve transactions, access information and otherwise manage the organisation's Maaliya account.

You are responsible for the actions of users you authorise to access the Services.

4. Your Information and Responsibilities

Maaliya relies on information provided or authorised by you.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information, records and documents supplied to Maaliya are complete, accurate and provided on time.

This includes, where relevant:

  • bank statements;
  • invoices;
  • receipts;
  • bills;
  • contracts;
  • payroll information;
  • tax information;
  • opening balances;
  • transaction descriptions;
  • accounting records; and
  • explanations or supporting documents requested by Maaliya.

You remain responsible for reviewing your financial records and identifying anything that appears incomplete, inaccurate or unusual.

Where Maaliya asks you to review or approve an item, you are responsible for doing so within a reasonable period.

Delays or inaccuracies in information supplied by you may result in inaccurate records, reports, calculations or missed deadlines.

5. Accounting, Financial and Tax Disclaimer

Maaliya provides tools and services intended to assist businesses with financial operations, bookkeeping, accounting and tax preparation.

Unless expressly included in a separately agreed professional engagement, information or outputs provided through the Maaliya platform, website, AI tools, dashboards, resources or automated workflows are provided for informational and operational purposes and are not legal, investment, financial or tax advice.

You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances where professional judgement is required.

Where Maaliya provides human bookkeeping, accounting or tax preparation services, those services are limited to the scope specifically agreed with you.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Maaliya does not:

  • make business decisions on your behalf;
  • determine your legal obligations for you;
  • provide legal representation;
  • act as your investment adviser;
  • guarantee any particular accounting or tax treatment;
  • guarantee acceptance of a position by a tax authority; or
  • submit tax returns or other tax filings to a government authority on your behalf.

Tax Returns

Maaliya may assist with calculating, preparing, reviewing or exporting information required for VAT, Corporate Tax or other tax filings.

You remain responsible for reviewing, approving and submitting your tax returns and paying any tax due by the applicable deadline.

Where information is prepared for submission to the UAE Federal Tax Authority or another authority, you must review that information before filing.

Tax laws, regulations, guidance and interpretations may change. Maaliya may update its systems following regulatory changes, but we do not guarantee that every change will be reflected immediately.

You are responsible for obtaining professional advice where your circumstances involve uncertainty, material judgement, unusual transactions or complex tax positions.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Features

Some Services use artificial intelligence, machine learning, rules-based automation or similar technology.

These features may assist with activities such as:

  • extracting information from documents;
  • identifying transactions;
  • categorising expenses;
  • suggesting accounting treatments;
  • suggesting VAT treatments;
  • matching transactions;
  • identifying anomalies;
  • generating explanations;
  • answering financial questions; and
  • preparing draft reports or calculations.

Automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your particular circumstances.

You must not treat an AI-generated or automated output as inherently correct simply because it was generated by Maaliya.

Where an output could affect financial statements, tax filings, payments, compliance obligations or material business decisions, appropriate human review should be carried out.

Maaliya may provide tools that allow you to approve, reject or modify automated suggestions.

Your approval of an item confirms that you have reviewed and accepted it.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use, or attempt to use, the Services to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • facilitate fraud, money laundering, tax evasion or other unlawful conduct;
  • upload or process information you have no right to use;
  • infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • transmit malware, malicious code or harmful material;
  • gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data;
  • bypass security controls, usage limits or access restrictions;
  • interfere with the integrity, performance or availability of the Services;
  • conduct excessive automated requests, scraping or extraction that materially affects the Services;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • copy or reproduce substantial parts of the Services;
  • systematically use the Services, documentation or outputs to develop a competing product or service;
  • resell, sublicense or commercially provide access to the Services unless Maaliya has authorised this in writing;
  • impersonate another person or organisation; or
  • use the Services in a manner that creates a material security, legal or operational risk to Maaliya or others.

We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action to protect Maaliya, our users and third parties.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Maaliya may connect with third-party software and services such as accounting platforms, banks, payment providers, email services, cloud providers, government systems and other business applications.

If you connect a third-party service to Maaliya, you authorise Maaliya to access, receive, transmit and process information from that service as reasonably necessary to provide the integration.

Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

Maaliya does not control third-party services.

To the extent permitted by law, Maaliya is not responsible for failures, outages, delays, data inaccuracies, API changes, security incidents, discontinued functionality or other issues caused by a third-party service and outside Maaliya's reasonable control.

A third-party provider may change, restrict or discontinue its integration at any time. This may result in an integration becoming unavailable or changing in functionality.

Maaliya may replace, modify or discontinue an integration where reasonably necessary.

9. Free Tier

Maaliya may offer a free tier or free functionality.

Free Services may have limits relating to features, storage, users, documents, transactions, processing volumes, AI usage, integrations or other resources.

We may change the functionality or limits of a free tier from time to time.

Where reasonably practicable, we will avoid materially disrupting existing users without notice, but we do not guarantee that a particular free feature will remain available indefinitely.

Free credits, promotional allowances and trial benefits:

  • have no cash value;
  • cannot normally be transferred;
  • may expire;
  • may be subject to additional promotional terms; and
  • may be withdrawn where obtained through abuse or misuse.

10. Paid Subscriptions

Maaliya may offer monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, usage-based services or combinations of these.

Your applicable:

  • subscription fee;
  • billing period;
  • included usage;
  • usage rates;
  • plan limits; and
  • other commercial terms

will be shown when you subscribe, stated on an invoice, or agreed with you separately.

Subscription fees are generally charged in advance for the relevant billing period.

Usage-based charges and overage charges may be billed after the usage occurs, added to your next invoice, or charged at another interval disclosed to you.

11. Automatic Renewal

Unless stated otherwise, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

For example:

  • a monthly subscription renews each month; and
  • an annual subscription renews each year.

By starting a recurring paid subscription, you authorise Maaliya and its payment providers to charge the applicable subscription fees and other amounts due using your selected payment method until the subscription is cancelled.

You may prevent your next renewal by cancelling before the renewal takes effect.

12. Usage-Based Charges

Certain Services may be charged according to actual usage.

Usage may include, for example:

  • documents processed;
  • transactions processed;
  • bank statement lines;
  • AI processing;
  • storage;
  • users;
  • filings prepared; or
  • other measurable activities.

Applicable rates and allowances will be disclosed through the relevant plan, order form, proposal, pricing page or interface.

You are responsible for charges incurred through authorised use of your account.

We may implement reasonable safeguards, limits or notifications to help prevent unexpected usage.

13. Prices and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, Maaliya prices are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Quoted prices do not include taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where Maaliya is required by law to charge VAT or another applicable indirect tax, the relevant tax may be added to the price from the date it becomes applicable.

You are responsible for taxes, duties or similar governmental charges applicable to your purchase, excluding taxes imposed on Maaliya's own income.

14. Payment

You must provide a valid payment method where required for a paid Service.

You authorise Maaliya and our payment providers to charge amounts properly due under your subscription.

If a payment fails, we may:

  • retry the payment;
  • ask you to update your payment method;
  • restrict paid functionality;
  • suspend the account; or
  • terminate the paid subscription

if the amount remains unpaid.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice before suspending Services solely because of a failed payment.

You remain responsible for outstanding amounts incurred before suspension or termination.

15. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

You may continue using the paid Services until that period ends.

Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal. It does not normally reverse charges already incurred.

Deleting an account is separate from cancelling a paid subscription unless the interface expressly states otherwise.

16. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise, payments to Maaliya are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • monthly subscription fees;
  • annual subscription fees;
  • usage charges;
  • unused portions of a billing period;
  • unused plan allowances; and
  • unused promotional benefits.

Cancelling a subscription normally stops future renewal rather than generating a refund for the current billing period.

Maaliya may issue a refund or credit at its discretion. Doing so in one case does not create an obligation to do so in another case.

Nothing in this section limits any refund right that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Changes to Pricing

Maaliya may change subscription prices, usage rates or plan structures.

For existing recurring paid subscriptions, material price changes will normally apply from a future renewal rather than retrospectively to a billing period already paid for.

We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where required or appropriate.

If you do not agree with a new price, you may cancel your subscription before the new price applies.

18. Customer Data

As between you and Maaliya, you retain ownership of the financial information, documents, records and other content that you submit to the Services ("Customer Data").

You grant Maaliya a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, process, display and otherwise use Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Services;
  • maintain and secure the Services;
  • troubleshoot issues;
  • provide support;
  • comply with law;
  • prevent fraud or abuse; and
  • perform other activities permitted under our Privacy Policy and applicable agreement with you.

You represent that you have all permissions and lawful bases necessary to provide Customer Data to Maaliya and permit us to process it.

Our handling of personal data is also governed by our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

19. Aggregated and Anonymised Information

Maaliya may create and use aggregated, statistical or anonymised information derived from use of the Services where that information does not reasonably identify you, your organisation or an identifiable individual.

We may use such information for purposes including:

  • analytics;
  • benchmarking;
  • product development;
  • security;
  • research;
  • service improvement; and
  • improving automation and machine-learning systems.

We will not treat information as anonymised merely because a name has been removed if the information can reasonably be linked back to an identifiable customer or individual.

20. Use of Customer Data for AI Training

Maaliya will not use identifiable Customer Data or identifiable customer documents to train general Maaliya AI models without appropriate permission or consent.

This does not prevent Maaliya from:

  • processing Customer Data using AI in order to provide a feature requested by you;
  • using temporary processing required to operate the Services;
  • evaluating system performance using appropriate safeguards;
  • using anonymised or aggregated data that does not reasonably identify you; or
  • using data for model training where you have expressly agreed to that use.

Third-party AI providers used by Maaliya are subject to the data-handling arrangements selected by Maaliya and applicable privacy requirements.

Further details may be set out in our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

21. Intellectual Property

Except for Customer Data and third-party materials, Maaliya and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in and to the Services, including:

  • software;
  • source and object code;
  • interfaces;
  • workflows;
  • databases;
  • designs;
  • documentation;
  • algorithms;
  • models;
  • automation systems;
  • text and graphics;
  • trademarks;
  • logos;
  • branding; and
  • other intellectual property associated with Maaliya.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Maaliya grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes during the period in which you are authorised to access them.

No ownership rights in Maaliya's intellectual property are transferred to you.

22. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, recommendations or other feedback concerning Maaliya or the Services, you permit us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

This does not give Maaliya ownership of your Customer Data.

23. Confidentiality

In providing the Services, either party may receive confidential or commercially sensitive information belonging to the other.

Each party will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and will use it only for purposes connected with the Services or as otherwise authorised.

Confidential information does not include information that:

  • is publicly available without breach of an obligation;
  • was lawfully known without confidentiality restrictions;
  • is received lawfully from another source without confidentiality restrictions; or
  • is independently developed without use of the other party's confidential information.

Information may be disclosed where required by law, court order or competent governmental authority.

24. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable Services, but no internet-based service is completely uninterrupted.

Unless a separate service-level agreement expressly applies, Maaliya does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability;
  • a particular uptime percentage;
  • that every feature will always be available;
  • that the Services will be completely error-free; or
  • that every defect will be corrected immediately.

We may carry out maintenance, security updates, infrastructure changes and other work that temporarily affects availability.

25. Changes to the Services

Maaliya is continuously developing the Services.

We may add, modify, replace or remove features, integrations, workflows, usage limits or other functionality.

Where a change would materially remove a core feature of a paid Service during an existing paid term, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice or an appropriate alternative, credit or other remedy where appropriate.

This does not prevent us from immediately changing or removing functionality where necessary for security, law, regulatory compliance, third-party dependency changes or prevention of abuse.

26. Beta and Experimental Features

We may make beta, preview, experimental or early-access features available.

These features may:

  • contain errors;
  • be incomplete;
  • change materially;
  • have reduced support;
  • be discontinued; or
  • produce unexpected results.

Unless otherwise agreed, beta and experimental features are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You should not rely on an experimental feature as the sole means of performing a critical financial, tax or compliance function.

27. Backups and Record Retention

Maaliya may maintain backups and technical safeguards as part of operating the Services.

However, you remain responsible for maintaining copies of records that your business is required to retain or that are materially important to your operations.

Use of Maaliya does not transfer your statutory accounting, tax, corporate or record-retention obligations to Maaliya.

You should export and retain appropriate copies of important records.

28. Suspension

Maaliya may temporarily restrict or suspend access to some or all of the Services where reasonably necessary because of:

  • non-payment;
  • suspected fraud;
  • suspected illegal activity;
  • a serious breach of these Terms;
  • a security incident or credible security threat;
  • activity that threatens the Services or other customers;
  • misuse of the Services;
  • a legal or regulatory requirement; or
  • circumstances where continued access could expose Maaliya or others to material harm.

Where circumstances reasonably permit, we will attempt to notify you and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Immediate suspension may occur where delay would create material security, legal, financial or operational risk.

29. Termination by You

You may stop using Maaliya and request closure of your account.

Account closure does not remove your obligation to pay amounts already due.

Some information may continue to be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution or regulatory purposes.

30. Termination by Maaliya

Maaliya may terminate your account or this agreement immediately where:

  • you materially breach these Terms and the breach cannot reasonably be remedied;
  • you fail to remedy a remediable material breach after reasonable notice;
  • you engage in fraud or illegal activity;
  • your use creates a serious security risk;
  • payment remains materially overdue;
  • we are legally required to terminate the relationship; or
  • continuing the relationship would expose Maaliya or others to material legal or operational risk.

Maaliya may also discontinue a Service or terminate an account without cause by providing at least 30 days' notice where reasonably practicable.

If we terminate a prepaid Service without cause before the end of its paid period, we may provide an appropriate pro-rata refund or credit for the unused portion, unless a replacement or equivalent Service is provided.

31. Data Following Termination

Following termination or account closure, Customer Data may remain available for retrieval for up to 90 days, where reasonably practicable.

During this period you may request or use available tools to export your data.

Access may be restricted where an account was terminated or suspended for security, fraud, unlawful conduct or another serious breach, but we may provide a reasonable export method where lawful and appropriate.

After the retrieval period ends, Maaliya may delete Customer Data in accordance with its retention practices.

Some information may remain:

  • in backups for a limited period;
  • where deletion is technically impracticable immediately; or
  • where retention is required by law, regulation, legitimate security requirements or dispute-related obligations.

You are responsible for exporting information you wish to retain before the retrieval period expires.

32. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Maaliya does not warrant that:

  • the Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • automated categorisations or calculations will always be correct;
  • third-party information will always be accurate;
  • the Services will meet every regulatory requirement applicable to your particular business;
  • use of the Services will prevent penalties, losses or compliance failures; or
  • a government authority, auditor, bank, investor or other third party will accept any particular accounting, financial or tax treatment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, obligations or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

33. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maaliya's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the lower of:

1
the total amount actually paid by you to Maaliya for the Services during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
2
USD 1,000
, or its equivalent in AED at the relevant time.

For a free account where you have paid no fees during that period, Maaliya's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maaliya will not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses;
  • loss of profit;
  • loss of revenue;
  • loss of anticipated savings;
  • loss of opportunity;
  • loss of goodwill;
  • loss resulting from business interruption; or
  • special, incidental or punitive damages,

whether or not such loss was foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including where applicable liability arising from fraud, gross fault or another category for which limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

34. Tax, Accounting and Compliance Losses

Without limiting the previous section, Maaliya is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for penalties, fines, interest, additional tax, accounting adjustments or other losses caused by:

  • inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you;
  • documents you fail to provide;
  • information provided after an applicable deadline;
  • your failure to review an output;
  • your approval of an incorrect item;
  • changes or overrides made by you or your authorised users;
  • your failure to submit a return, report or payment on time;
  • your failure to act on a request for information or review;
  • decisions made based solely on an automated or AI-generated output without appropriate review; or
  • actions or failures of third-party systems outside Maaliya's reasonable control.

This section does not exclude responsibility to the extent a loss is directly caused by Maaliya and liability for that loss cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

35. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless Maaliya, its affiliates and their directors, officers and employees from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from:

  • your unlawful use of the Services;
  • Customer Data that infringes another person's rights;
  • fraud or deliberate misconduct by you or your authorised users;
  • your material breach of these Terms; or
  • your use of the Services in violation of applicable law.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Maaliya's own unlawful conduct, fraud or gross fault.

36. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where that delay or failure results from circumstances reasonably outside that party's control.

This may include major internet or telecommunications failures, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, widespread infrastructure outages, cyber incidents affecting third-party infrastructure or similar events.

This section does not excuse payment obligations that became due before the relevant event.

37. Governing Law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles to the extent legally permitted.

38. Disputes and Dubai Courts

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting one another.

You may contact us at:

support@maaliya.ae

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction requirements that cannot legally be varied by agreement.

39. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes may be required because of:

  • new Services;
  • changes to existing Services;
  • legal or regulatory developments;
  • security requirements;
  • changes to our business model; or
  • operational requirements.

Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice through email, the Services, our website or another appropriate method.

Unless an immediate change is required for legal or security reasons, material changes will apply prospectively.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.

If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

40. Electronic Communications

You agree that Maaliya may provide agreements, notices, invoices, receipts, service communications and other information electronically.

Communications may be delivered through:

  • email;
  • your Maaliya account;
  • in-product notifications; or
  • our website.

You are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address associated with your account.

Electronic communications satisfy any requirement for written communications to the extent permitted by applicable law.

41. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, resell or otherwise transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Maaliya's prior written consent.

Maaliya may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with:

  • a merger;
  • acquisition;
  • corporate restructuring;
  • financing;
  • sale of all or substantially all of its business or assets; or
  • transfer of the relevant business or Service to an affiliate or successor.

Any assignment remains subject to applicable law.

42. No Partnership or Agency

These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship or agency between you and Maaliya.

Except where separately agreed in writing, neither party has authority to bind the other.

43. No Waiver

If either party does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver applies only if clearly given and only to the specific circumstances for which it was provided.

44. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

45. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with:

  • your applicable order form or subscription details;
  • any statement of work or engagement terms;
  • our Privacy & Data Protection Policy;
  • any applicable service-specific terms; and
  • any other document expressly incorporated into your agreement with Maaliya

constitute the agreement between you and Maaliya regarding the Services.

They replace prior discussions or representations concerning the same subject matter, except where expressly preserved in a written agreement.

46. Order of Precedence

If documents forming your agreement with Maaliya conflict, the following order will generally apply:

1
a specifically negotiated written agreement or statement of work;
2
an applicable order form;
3
service-specific terms;
4
these Terms of Service; and
5
general website or product documentation,

unless the relevant document expressly states otherwise.
